GrantsNet: GrantsNet is designed to help the public navigate through the Department of Health and Human Services’ multiple websites that provide information about grants.  GrantsNet is the internet site for grant seekers to learn about how to access resources at DHHS. Through GrantsNet, the public can link to the grant offices of the 11 Operating Divisions (OPDIVs) that comprise HHS.

Health Resources and Services Administration: The HRSA provides information about grants available in the areas of Maternal and Child Health, HIV/AIDS, Organ Transplantation, Primary Health Care and Health Centers, Health Professions Training.  You can sign up for e-mail notification to be alerted each time an HRSA grant becomes available at Grants.gov.

The National Network of Grantmakers: The NNG ia an organization of foundations interested in funding social and economic justice.  Most of the foundations associated with NNG accept a “Common Grant Application Form,” which simplifies the application procedure.

Foundation Center: Supported by more than 600 foundations, the Foundation Center is a recognized authority on philanthropy, serving as a connector of nonprofits and grantmakers since 1956.  Foundation Center houses the most comprehensive database of U.S. grantmakers and grants. Foundation Center also provides tools, extensive information including PubHub, the searchable database of annotated links to report and issue briefs covering a full range of philanthropic knowledge generated or supported by foundations.

The Funding Exchange
: Over the past 27 years, the Funding Exchange has been a unique partnership of activists and donors dedicated to building a permanent institutional and financial base to support progressive social change through fundraising for local, national, and international grantmaking programs.  Their motto is “change, not charity”.  Each of the 16 foundations is committed to five principles of Economic Justice, Anti‑Oppression and Racial Justice, Grassroots Social Change, Commitment to Growth and to a Strong Network, and community‑controlled grantmaking.
