Job Satisfaction Study

 

Brenda Lewis, a doctoral candidate at Capella University in the School of Public Service Leadership, as a part of her dissertation,  is conducting a survey of “Interpersonal Needs and Job Satisfaction of Nonprofit Female Executives” within nonprofit organizations.

About Brenda:

Ms. Lewis has more than 27 years of service in the Federal Sector, certified in Customer Service Management by Best Practices, LLC, holds a Masters Degree in Public Policy, and Civil Rights, and is a third year doctoral learner in the Field of Public Service Leadership with a specialization in the Management of Nonprofit Organizations at Capella University.

About Brenda’s research:

The results from the various factors studied in Brenda’s research will inform nonprofit organizations by addressing  facets of job satisfaction that might improve working conditions, attract, and retain executive level candidates, and subsequently provide long term employment strategies to enhance skills and competency levels of executives in the nonprofit sector.
