In this webinar, Judi Margolin provides tools to incentivize board members and help them become more comfortable with the fundraising process. Participants will learn who should and should not be on your board, what policies and structures need to be in place to facilitate fundraising by board members, and how your organization can best achieve a state of grantseeking readiness to ensure board member success at this critical undertaking. Judith Margolin is an independent consultant and workshop leader on foundations and grants.  She served as Vice President for Planning and Evaluation at the Foundation Center for a number of years. She is the author of several books, including The Individual’s Guide to Grants and Financing a College Education and has served as editor of multiple editions of the Foundation Center’s how-to books.
